River Coupall & Buachaille Etive Mor - Scotland

from £45.00

Early morning mist engulfs Glen Coe in the Scottish Highlands, after a very early start and foggy drive to Glen Coe on an October morning, I wasn’t sure of the conditions I would find when I arrived. Luckily the early morning mist began to burn away as the sun got higher in the sky revealing the distant view and leaving a great layer of cloud at the foot of the mountains. The low water levels in the River Coupall meant that there was some great foreground interest to work with. The impressive pyramid shaped peak of Stob Dearg on the Buachaille Etive Mòr Mountain range caught the warm early morning glow rising out from the cloud inversion in the Glencoe valley.
